The work
I develop internal applications, reporting and workflows around the practical work of running a retail business: locating stock, following an order, coordinating a delivery or keeping a request visible until it is resolved.
Connecting information with action
The applications carry information between the people handling a job. Power BI reports bring stock, sales and operational information into views that support decisions. The useful question is what someone needs to know or do next, and how the tool can make that clear.
Making the tools usable
My work includes process mapping, practical guides, training videos and hands-on support. These sit alongside the software because a working process depends on how people enter, find and use the information.
